### What is HRC-404? 

HRC-404 is a hybrid token standard on HyperEVM, combining ERC-20 fungibility with ERC-721 uniqueness. Built for Hyperliquid’s high-speed, low-cost Layer 1, it enables fractional NFT ownership, solving liquidity issues in NFT trading.

### How Does It Work? 

Owning a whole HRC-404 token mints an NFT; selling fractions burns it. Reassembling a full token triggers a new NFT mint. This mechanism, optimized by HyperEVM, boosts liquidity while preserving scarcity, outperforming ERC-404.
